The information in the link below is on IBO.org and I thought it might be helpful as you start your serious college searches. I can't confirm how often each university updates this information, but it's a start.

I typed in US--Colorado and found 10 schools that accept IB in some form.  Click on a school for general information and then scroll to the bottom of each university page and choose "Diploma Programme"  or "Diploma Programme Courses" for information and then check out "Credit Policy" for how your IB courses might be credited.  You can check out schools throughout the world!
